Eden Resort Open Doors in Portugal's Day

Eden resort project which marks the debut of the developer GRUPO DUARTE IN RESIDENTIAL TOURISM requires a €60 Millions investment.


The Eden Resort, the first project of Grupo Duarte in residential tourism, open doors in Portugal's Day, June 10th at Albufeira.

Under the slogan "Heaven on Earth", the enterprise 4 star superior hotel's main target audience of second-home markets, investment and holidays, and may also act as a primary residence in a condominium.

With an investment of €60 million, the resort occupies a total area of 11 hectares and consists of 198 fractions whose prices vary between 238 000 euros (T1 70m2) and €1 million (V4 Villa).

These prices include all equipment and furniture of houses, in addition to hotel management services that everyone will enjoy, allowing owners to experience life in a hotel.

Unlike what is common in the Algarve area, only 20% of the land was dedicated to construction, the remaining 80% allocated to green and leisure areas.

Among the various amenities include five outdoor pools, an indoor pool with sauna and Turkish bath, spa, sports center, club house, bar with panoramic terrace, mini market, kiosk café, beach club.

A stay at the Eden resort should also include a meal at the restaurant "Pecado", whose food is signed by the chef Helio Loureiro and quality is assured by daily chef Henrique Leandro.

Residents and guests will also be able to dispose of the "Eden Resort Golf Club", a golf club that allows each member to enjoy 35 in the Algarve and 19 courses in Lisbon. Residents will have access to exclusive tournaments and get discounts up to 40% in reserves.

The resort also offers services such as bike hire, 24 hour security, shuttle service to the beach, golf and nightlife and, among others, the kids club, a space dedicated to children.

The children safety is ensured through an integrated communications system developed by Nonius Software.

The resort is surrounded by a ring of optical fiber that, in addition to supporting all communications made (such as television broadcasting, voice communications and Internet) allows guests to locate people and objects at any time.

By placing a bracelet (an RFID tag) in a child, for example, parents are constantly informed about where children are and are warned via SMS whenever you exit the perimeter of this village.

Another technological innovation of the resort is the use of technology "Touch the Sun", wholly owned by Grupo Duarte.

The Eden Resort has solar panels with high performance that controls the temperature of the environment and water in each suite and villa.

Besides allowing to maximize the potential thermal resort, this system allows each home to save between 35% to 40% on monthly energy consumption.

For Raul Gomes, Chief Marketing Officer of Grupo Duarte, builder and developer of this project "the Eden Resort represents a whole concept planned in detail, which aims to allow guests to enjoy a relaxed and idyllic family environment, modern and secure."

Indeed, it was precisely this concept that motivated the choice of actor Pedro Lima ambassador of Eden resort.

"The choice of Pedro Lima to represent the Eden Resort seemed to be natural, because it is a person who identifies a lot with the values of the project - family, ecology, privacy, innovation, technology and security" he says.

At startup, the Eden resort is being directed by Vasco Paulo, who has experience in various hotel units in Germany and also in Portugal, and will employ about 50 people.
